Questions
Who pays for SashBoard?
The pageant does, and only if it chooses a paid plan. Contestants, titleholders, parents, sponsors and fans use it free.
Is our ticket and vote money ours?
Yes. You connect your pageant’s own Stripe account, and every sale is paid straight into it. SashBoard’s small fee on the Free and Local plans is taken at the time of the sale; there’s none on State.
What happens after the 30 days?
On a paid plan, your card is charged then, unless you cancel first. On Free, the Local features step back and everything you’ve set up stays.
Can we change plans or cancel?
Anytime, from Settings › Plan & billing in your portal. Changes are prorated.
Is it safe for teens’ information?
Each pageant’s information is walled off from every other’s, members see only what their role needs, and files are private by default. SashBoard is for members 13 and older.
Is there an iPhone app?
Yes. Everyone in your pageant can use the SashBoard app on iPhone, or the portal in any browser.
